1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be
obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.
Product
returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at
the customer's expense.
2. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 25 days only.
3. Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from our
invoice date. After 30 days, all products must be referred to the
manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers
may have stricter return policies. Please refer to manufacture.
4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and
double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the
shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
5. Products must be returned complete with original parts and
documentation along with the original manufacturer's
box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and
will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
6. Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at
our discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be
considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will
be credited at the current selling price less a 20% restocking
fee.
7. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be
applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s
box/packing.
8. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current
selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items
showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for
return credit. Credit will be issued within 30 business days upon
receipt of merchandise.
9. Sale of discounted and closeout electronic items are final.
10. Plasma TVs are not eligible for return.
11. Most TV/Monitors 30”/projections products and Samsung TV’s 14” or
larger to not qualify under normal Return Policy. Contact

12. Most TV’s/Monitors 30” or larger and projection products require infield
service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These products
are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate
manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
